The "Cannon Head" Build

Initially, I thought that this build was pretty good until I discovered the build above but it's up to you how you want to live your life. I wouldn't really recommend this build to beginners because it requires skills and basically perfect timing in order to use it to it's full potential. Only reason most people would probably use this build is because Fortress makes the enemies flinch for a short while thus offering a chance for attack. I had person experience with this build before during CBT in IAH and during that time when I used this build, lets just say I died.... A LOT.

If you're going Full Fortress, you won't be needing this skill at all since it the pre-req for the other 2 skills [ Meteor Fall and Air Combo ] which you probably won't be using.

Same as above

Same as above

The reason why this skill is higher compared to the above build is that if you follow the Fortress/Cannon Head build, you basically only have that move on you at hand which means this will basically be the only skill you use. Since it costs quite a bit of MP, you're going to need use potions in order to maintain it.

Damage is damage. Only reason it's not maxed is because of the limitation you have on your skill points.

Same as above.

http://i592.photobucket.com/albums/tt5/ttran5/SlowHeal.jpgSlow Heal: Rank 1/5
Just used as a pre-req for Heal Thy Self. Slow heal isn't really that effective to most magician classes due to the fact that you'd probably be spamming Heal Thy Self after one hit.

This again, IS A MUST. Without this, I can guarantee that you will die within the first map of most missions. Fortress a really hard skill to use to it's maximum potential. The splash range isn't as great as Meteor Fall therefore you have to get right up and personal with the enemies which means you have a higher chances of getting hit, MULTIPLE times before getting out.

Like before, it is just terrible. It's range and effect doesn't really help a user at all. Since you basically have to get up close and personal with monsters, there may be some that weren't knock down by Point Buster / Meteor Fall thus making your chances of getting in safely slim.

http://i592.photobucket.com/albums/tt5/ttran5/DN_Bullet_Acceleration.gifFortress: Rank 5/5
Seeing as how this is going to be your main skill, you're going to need to max this out to utilize it to it's maximum potential. The splash damage it provides is smaller then Meteor Fall like stated before but, the damage and how often you can cast it makes it more powerful. However, chances are you'll get hit a lot since you have to be basically in the middle of the mob to hit all the enemies you want.

Since THQ is gonig to have a different skill effect compared to IAH, I don't really have that much details on this how effective this skill actually really is. But, damage increase is damage increase. At lower levels, every little bit counts in order to take down as many enemies as possible.

Even though you won't notice the change in speed initially, you will once you won't have it. Though this skill doesn't lower the recovery period it takes for Fortress to recover, it does help you hit enemies that are charging for you. Since Fortress makes you flinch, it is perfect if you're trying to avoid getting hit.
